I give permission to El Mercado Food Park and The Market at El Mercado to photo, video and use any likeness of myself and my products to be used without payment or consideration. These photos and videos will become property of El Mercado Food Park and The Market at El Mercado. I authorize the use of these photos and videos to be used, copied, or reposted for advertisement of El Mercado Food Park and or The Market at El Mercado.

Setup begins 2 hours before the market begins. Contact the market manager for more information.

All vendors must be set up by the beginning of the market unless otherwise approved by the market manager.

Do not drive in the park without permission or directions from the market manager.

All canopies must have 20lb weights per leg. Failure to have weights will result in not setting up.

Vendors will bring trash cans and or trash bags for in their booth and will also use trash cans provided by the park.

Vendors will make sure to pick up their area before leaving the park. The food park needs to be kept how it was when we arrived.

Vendors will not leave the market before it closes unless already discussed with the market manager.

All tents will be leg to leg unless designated by the market manager.

Double occupancy is not allowed unless approved by the market manager.

Only products approved by the market manager will be sold

The Market Manager has the right to remove any vendor they feel is creating a problem or not following the by laws.

Vendor fees starting in June must be paid by Wednesday before the market. Failure to do see will result in not be able to set up and possibly lose your spot.

Food vendors must have their food handlers permit and Bexar county permits and be able to provide proof such as email a copy to the market. Failure to have these will result in not being able to set up.

All vendors must have a Texas Sales Tax and Permit in the booth with you.

The food park will not be used for anything illegal, nor for anything that violates the law.

Parking will not be allowed next to the fence. You can park across the road and when traffic picks up past the mailboxes.

El Mercado Food Park and The Market at El Mercado will not be held liable for any damage, injury, theft, death, or criminal acts while at the market.

We recommend (optional) that all vendors invest in some sort of business insurance.

We will respect all other vendors. If problems arise seek out the market manager. She will be found in the 7 Dragons Creations booth/ info booth.

Vendors have 45 days to make up days that they missed as long as the market has been notified within 48 hours you are going to miss. If you don’t notify the market you will not get makeup days.
